Replacement Consultants was established by two principal owners with a vision, Tom Sivo & Marc
Robbins. Their credentials and field experience date back to 1985 when they first learned their craft
from the installation bays of nationally recognized mobile electronics retailers. Beginning in 1990, they
had the opportunity to develop their skills and reputations working with large insurance companies as
trusted advisors. Motivated by their vision of building a more effective relationship and efficient method
to serve the needs of insurance companies, Replacement Consultants was born in 1997.
Replacements mission was quite clear from day one and these philosophies have been instilled in each
